E-V-E is back and is reclaiming the crown. Eve releases the self titled track “Eve” featuring Miss Kitty today. V-Nasty Signs A Record Deal For How Much?!

Just when we thought we’d heard the last of her, V-Nasty manages to snake her way back into the limelight. According to reports, the controversial former White Girl Mob rapper has inked a $750,000 deal with Las Vegas indie label Pinnacle Records.
$750K. Just let that sink in for a second.
V-Nasty told LA Weekly in a recent interview that she’s signed a three-year contract Pinnacle for nearly a million dollars. According to the Oakland rapper, the deal affords her a level of freedom few labels offer.
“It’s an independent deal. I don’t really know how to explain it, it’s independent as far as working with each other,” she said. “It’s for three years of music and shit, but I’m ready to just keep going with them. Of course, we’re gonna get more artists and shit. It’s big. It’s not no regular Warner Bros., but I feel I’m in a better position. More freedom.”
French Montana - "Freaks (Remix)"
Our site is acting janky again. It’s mid-afternoon and we needed a pick-me-up to get us through the frustrations. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, French Montana dropped his “Freaks (Remix)” that feature DJ Khaled, Mavado, Rick Ross, Wale and Nicki Minaj. The horn-laden instrumental with fresh new verses from each artist is bouncy and effective. Thank god for Frenchie. Give it a listen and grab Excuse My French on May 21.
